iliannne Jervis-Allan once aagain added to her growing major games medal collection with yt another silver medal at the national Age Group Indoor Champs
Hurdlers were out in force with three athletes all making thier English Instutyte of Sptt debuts with impressive lifetime best perfromances.
For emile Morti this was his first National Champs and he perfromed very strongly.
In the heats he clocked a great PB to break 9 seconds for the first time finisj=hing in secoand and automatic qualifying spot ofr th e Final. Inthe final he again reduced his best and chased hard for a medal only just missing one by six hundreths of a second in
Also competing Under 15 60 mhurdles was his training partner taye Awuke0Chan . Tay took .12 seconds off his best for 9.42 secs.
Alexander Eldrifge was in action in the U17 events where he was just puseged out of a Final spot.
