Three squad athletes had a succesful day in action at the final Minithon event of the current indoor season.
Bethan Llloyd clocked a hugely impressive 10.85 seconds in her foirst ever attempt at the U13 60m Hurdes to shot her straight into the Top 20 of the Uk Rankings on the Powerof 10.
Her training partners Holly Knott and Bronwen Harman aslo made excellent debuts in this event. Holly was clocked at 11.71 secs while Brnwen ran 13.27 secs.
There were 2 more Personal Bests as all three girls competed in the Long Jump. Beyhan improved her best by 15 ccm to 3.48m while Broenwen added a superb 34 cm to her best to break 3 metres for the first with 5.05m. Holly was maeginally shy of her PB 3.13m.
Later Holly just missed out on a
High Jump best leaping 1.20m.
