Great news for familis with energetic sports loving youngsters aged 7 to 12 years: We have now opened our bookings for this Easters "Fun in Athletics" Camps 2021. The camps provide a fun introduction to all of the events of Track & Field mixing skill learning , games and team relays in a unique and lively format, for youngsters with and without prior expeience of the sport.
Taking place on 7 days over the April vacation, each day camp can be nooked individually or in multiples through our website. All camps will be operated on a Covid Secure basis .
We know from feedbback that the kids loved the opportunity to engage with other keen and sporty friends with our summer camps and so we look forward to a great turn-out over the holiday. However, we do have to limit the numbers who can attend so early booking is essential. Absolutely NO BOOKINGS within 24 hour or on the day s of the evnt and days will close once the limits reached.
Booking for our Event Skill Camps for School Years 6 to 10 will open shortly here. These sessions lasting 80 minutes each focus on a asingle event for each unit and are ideal for young athletes learning new event skills, progressing from the basics and for GCSE students preparing for thier athletics modules.
Below is a draft timetab;e to help you plan. Bookings will be possible for either individual events or multiple mix and match sessions. However, places are very limited - usually only 8 places for most events so once opened, you are advised to book promptly.
