Many of our Bucks Speed Demons Endurance squad turned out today for a special Christmas training session at Wycombe Park Run. For many of our athletes this was the first time that they had completed a Park Run and they found it a fun experience, many of them bringing their parents along for the run too! The athletes demonstrated that their preparation for the County Champs is progressing well with strong runs from all. Stand out performances from James Palmer who finished in 4th place in 17.53, and Morgan Hanson who was first lady home.
